I use iMovie HD and export with the settings Vimeo recommends for HD uploads. [L=http://vimeo.com/help/compression]http://vimeo.com/help/compression[/L] I use 1280 x 720, 5000 kbps. It's all explained in the link. It's not too hard. If you use iMovie go to export and use expert settings and you can dial it in.
